A premium experience starts with a clear approach to health, supervision and compatible play. Here’s what’s guiding the design of The Bark District.
They play. You stay.Owners remain on property and supervise their dogs throughout every visit.
The right environment
Play-area placement will consider size, temperament, play style and energy. Dogs need to be comfortable and socially appropriate for a shared environment.
Owners stay involved
You remain on property and actively supervise your dog. Planned staff monitoring supports the shared environment; the club does not provide drop-off daycare.
Thoughtful separation
Three distinct indoor play rooms and planned double-gated entries support controlled movement between spaces. Four enclosed wash rooms keep wash time individual.
A cleaner kind of play
The design calls for artificial turf with purpose-built drainage, easy-clean surfaces, commercial sanitation procedures and a dedicated cleaning and storage area.
Comfort in the details
Climate control, air filtration, large ceiling fans and acoustic treatment are part of the design. Final systems and operational procedures will be developed as the site is secured.
Clear policies before your first visit.
Age limits, health requirements, spay/neuter rules, behavioral eligibility, owner-to-dog limits and incident procedures are being finalized. We’ll share the complete policies before memberships or visits go on sale.
