Submission timestamps are saved. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit automated form abuse; the forms do not store your raw IP address in the submission records.

Waitlist information helps The Bark District understand community interest and contact you about location news, opening plans, memberships and community events. Contact information is used to handle your inquiry. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a membership or guarantee admission.
Who can access it
Submissions are stored with the website’s hosting providers and are available through a restricted owner dashboard. The site does not publish your submission or provide a public member directory. The Bark District does not sell information collected through these forms.
Your choices
You can request removal from the waitlist, stop future updates, correct your details or ask for deletion by using the contact form and selecting “Privacy request.” Use the email address associated with your submission so the team can verify and handle your request.
Retention
Waitlist details are kept while relevant to pre-opening and community communications, or until you request removal. Contact messages are kept as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. The owner can remove records through the private dashboard.
Cookies and external services
The public marketing pages do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting services may process connection and security information. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication and may involve authentication cookies. Links to social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keep messages appropriate
Please do not send vaccination records, payment information or other sensitive details through these forms. A future health-verification process will be announced before visits begin.
